First off, never believe an employee working for a retail bank, unless they've been in the industry for over 10 years and have made it out of the stores or branch if you still believe they're an arm of the Parent bank itself... Let me re-assure you that they have as much to do with the headquarter as a McDonalds on the side of the road has to do with the headquarters. To start my bashing if like to point out that these idiots are open on holidays but the Fed isn't, so basically any business you do with them will be held until the next. So in other words you should save sometime and just come the next day when it actually matter; but if you ask the dumb-asses in the stores they'll tell you they're open for your convenience. That's stupid because they're actually providing with the same kind of convenience a swimming pool provides in the winter. It's there..but pointless. That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to me and my contention towards useless retail banks; wait I take that back! They're good for cashing checks lol.
